Rosa Navarrete holds a degree in Dance Performance from University of California, Berkeley & studied Somatic Work with Integrated Movement Studies. This Body Movement Analysis training amplified her work as a film & theater director, actor, and writer. Her Body Work focuses on Community Connection, Creativity, and Care. Rosa works with youth, women, elders & professional artists. Her hope is to support Creativity through Breath, Body & Mental Wellness.
